"Mariah just asking a simple thing, and legitimate. There is strong evidence that Justin is the father of the Mariah Baby. All evidence will be revealed in court," said team attorney Mariah as quoted from RadarOnline, Friday (04/11/2011) .
"He just asked Justin to give DNA samples to determine if he fathered a baby Mariah. It would also help him in the eyes of the law," he said.
