A Russian newspaper, Moskovsky Komsomolets, stating that
Malaysia Airlines MH370 has been hijacked by "unknown terrorists" and
flown to Afghanistan, where the crew and passengers are now being held hostage.
The newspaper, as quoted by Mirror.uk, Sunday (04/13/2014),
said that the source is the Russian intelligence. The source told Moskovsky
Komsomolets, "Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 missing on March 8 with 239
people on board has been hijacked. Innocent pilots, the plane was hijacked by
an unknown terrorist group. We know the name of the terrorist who gave
instructions to the pilots is "Hitch". the plane is in Afghanistan,
not far from Kandahar near the border with Pakistan. "
According to the Daily Star , Moskovsky Komsomolets also
claimed that the passengers had been divided into seven groups and live in huts
made of mud with barely any food . A total of 20 passengers from Asia is said
to have been smuggled into a bunker in Pakistan .
The newspaper also claimed that the terrorists might be
trying to bargain with the U.S. or China .
The news has not been confirmed by authorities of Malaysia
or China .
Malaysia Airlines MH370 aircraft disappeared from radar
about an hour of civil aviation after taking off from Kuala Lumpur on the way
to Beijing on March 8. The loss of the plane carrying 227 passengers and 12
crew that has sparked a multinational search is now focused in the Indian Ocean
.
On Friday, Prime Minister of Australia Tony Abbott said he
was "very confident" that the amount of signal captured by a search
team in the Indian Ocean derived from the plane's black box. In a visit to
Beijing, China, he told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), "We
have greatly narrowed the search area and we are very confident that the
signals coming from the black box."
A fifth signal is detected the search crew on Friday. The
signal will eventually allow search teams to determine the exact location of
the Boeing 777 that crashed it.
The team then will lower a vehicle robot submarine to
explore the depths of the sea to search for the black box. Signal (ping)
emitted by the black box MH370 is expected to soon fade more than a month after
the plane went missing.
