Iranian authorities banned the popular video game, Battlefield 3. War games that have not been long in circulation, was banned because it featured scenes of the attacks on Tehran, the capital of Iran.
Battlefield 3 is made by the developer Electronics Arts (EA). The setting in the future in which players assume the role as the marines do battlemissions in Paris, New York and Tehran.
Scenario in Iran itself illustrates how U.S. troops fight the militants. Variousarmed warfare was pushed to the background locations around Tehran.
EA itself has no true authorized resellers in Iran. But they are widely piratedvideo games scattered in there.
TThe seller of video games in Iran since the beginning has been kissed clues that Battlefield 3 will be banned from the authority so that they do notsell it. Around the world, Battlefield 3 has sold 5 million units so far.
